CONTACTING YOU IN CASE OF CANCELLATION AT SHORT NOTICE

This is a bad weather term. If we have to cancel at short notice, we will email, and Pete will put the notice on the home page of the website. Please do check your emails before setting off, and check that your choir friends know, many thanks.

Membership fees

• You may either pay a £7 weekly drop-in fee by cash or cheque, or pay £70 by BACS, cash or cheque, during the first week if possible. 
• We very much appreciate termly payments, and view them as a subscription to Village Voices, helping us to meet the fixed costs we incur every week regardless of attendance. In return for your support, you get 2 free weeks. 
• Our finances are currently sound and we are able to offer refunds to the BACS payers who missed 4 weeks or more last term e.g. if you missed 4 weeks, we will offer I week’s refund. I will email these singers separately.
• Cheques to Village Voices Towersey. Details for BACS: Village Voices Towersey, 60-21-21, a/c 53629914. Please give your name as the reference and LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE MADE A BACS PAYMENT.
• Please do contact us if you have difficulties with regard to these arrangements.
